BIGGBY COFFEE

We had some drinks from this establishment. The matcha was no good, and the tea- the unsweetened iced tea was also no good. We had drinks from this bigby more than once and were even pleased by previous drinks. But for some reason, the matcha and the tea reminded me of dirty dishwater. It was so bad that we complained about the drinks even after a day. Rated one star for insulting drinks.

I just ordered Doordash and one of the baristas took time out of their day to write the sweetest little "Have a Beautiful Day" note on my bag. I know it's not a huge deal, but I've worked in fast food and know how monotonous and stressful it can be. So, seeing that little note knowing how working in food service can be made my day. My drink was delicious and so was my food. Thank you guys!!

I am seconding the review left by Diana about a month ago. I believe she is talking about the barista that I have had multiple negative encounters with just this girl in specific (young, thin woman with black hair and glasses). She scoffs at my drinks orders, gets annoyed when I have more than one item to order, and consistently gives me the wrong size for my orders. TWICE I have been given a 20oz drink as my freebie when I have never even ordered a 20oz even when my drink is full price, I always get a large and have given a smaller size by only her. Today when I came in, she was taking a drive thru order. Fine. I am more than patient and willing to wait my turn. HOWEVER, she did not so much as glance at me from the second I walked in to a full minute later when she asked for my order. I have been frequenting this location for over 10 years (since it was first opened at the corner of 9 Mile & Middlebelt) and I am beyond frustrated at the lack of respect I get by here time after time. I can’t even suggest that she be kept in the drive thru because that’s where the majority of my bad interactions with her have been. She really could benefit for some classes on how to be more customer
